Shipping policy

All online orders are shipped directly from our Australian warehouse via Australia Post's services.

 When you place an order prior to 12pm (Monday to Thursday), we will endeavour to have it shipped that same day. Any orders placed after 12pm will be shipped on the next business day. (Note: We have a 4-Day working week - Monday to Thursday. Any orders received after 12pm on a Thursday will be shipped the following Monday [except where it is a public holiday]).
